Q: Do you accept Cash On Delivery?

A: No we do not. We accept a wide variety of payments such as Paypal.

Q: How long before I receive my goods?

A: All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Most of orders leave the warehouse 3-5 days of payment. Shipping takes between 2-5 weeks. Usually faster.

Q: Can I get a refund? 

A: Yes within 14 days of purchase. The product must be sent back in its original package and intact.
